Welcome to the "Mosaic" platform for the community of trainers and trainees.

The following words, wherever mentioned, indicate the meaning indicated next to them:

• "Mosaic", means this platform that you browse or use its services.
• (Owner) means the company that owns "Mosaic", which is the Kuwaiti Al-Bayan Company for Management and Marketing Studies, which is a Kuwaiti company licensed by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Trade and Industry.
• (Management) is the "Mosaic" management and it means all the owner's employees in addition to others whom the owner contracts with to perform services related to "Mosaic".
• (Trainer) means the person or the legal entity that has voluntarily entered the data of the training program into "Mosaic" and displays readiness to train others on it.
• (The Trainee) or (the User) is the person or the legal entity that uses "Mosaic" to search for training programs within "Mosaic" and inquire and communicate with the trainers registered in "Mosaic".

1. Every new user in "Mosaic" should read carefully and understand the provisions of this agreement before continuing the registration process, and should accept this agreement as to constitutes the entire agreement between him and "Mosaic". In case you do not agree to it, you must stop using "Mosaic" in any way. Using "Mosaic" is considered your acceptance of these terms and that you agree to abide by them. In case you do not fully accept them, your entry or use of "Mosaic" is considered without permission and you must stop using it immediately.
2. This agreement is subject to the principles of good faith and customs followed on the Internet, and that you agree that your use of "Mosaic" will be limited only to legitimate purposes, and that you will refrain from sending or transmitting any material through "Mosaic" that infringes the rights of others or Limit or prevent their use "Mosaic", or involve an unlawful order, or threaten, abuse, or infringe on the privacy of others, or the copyrights of others, or offend religions, or be for any other reason unacceptable, or be from It encourages the commission of a crime or involves an offense or an act that entails criminal and / or civil liability, or violates any law.
3. "Mosaic" is a trademark registered in the State of Kuwait and owned by the Kuwaiti Al-Bayan Company for Administrative and Marketing Studies. All intellectual property rights, including the rights to the idea, content, organization, design, business model, authoring, printing and publishing, database rights, trademarks and all content and materials available are considered within the contents of ( Mosaic) is owned by the Kuwaiti Al-Bayan Company for Administrative and Marketing Studies, and any copying, distribution or publication of any of them without the permission of the administration is considered violating and prohibited, and those who do so are subject to accountability and bear legal and other consequences, whatever they are, and are protected by intellectual property rights in force in the State of Kuwait And around the world.
4. It is prohibited to use the name and trademark "Mosaic" except after obtaining prior written permission from the administration, and whoever violates this is considered legally responsible for any violation or infringement of any of the intellectual property rights of "Mosaic" and that you as a user agree to indemnify "Mosaic" and its management for Any loss incurred by any of them due to your violation of these rights.
5. The administration has the right to demand compensation "Mosaic" for any loss or damage that occurs to it as a result of any negative or unethical practices or behaviors or contrary to the accepted norms and practices when using, dealing with or referring to "Mosaic".
6. The user acknowledges that the data that he provides "Mosaic" with are correct data, including the data of correspondence with him for the purposes of exchanging any notice or warning related to his use "Mosaic", and that "Mosaic", and if it has the option and the right to do so, does not verify the accuracy or correctness of the information It does not bear any liability resulting from it in any way towards any third party.
7. "Mosaic" reserves the right to store all data of trainers, trainees, users and other "Mosaic" users, training programs data entered by trainers, and a record of comments and evaluations provided by users, and you undertake not to use them except within the limits of the purposes for which they are "Mosaic".
8. The user is not entitled without written permission from "Mosaic" to publish or use any content contained in "Mosaic", and he cannot use "Mosaic" for any purposes contrary to these terms and conditions. He also cannot use "Mosaic" in any way that may result in harm to "Mosaic", or interfere in any way with any other party's use of "Mosaic" and benefit from its services.
9. "Mosaic" is not responsible for any claim made by any trainer who enters training program data in "Mosaic" as it is his training program or that he claims that he owns his rights, and "Mosaic" is not responsible for verifying the validity of his claim.
10. It is the responsibility of the trainer, when asked, to prove the validity of his claim that the training program that he entered his data in "Mosaic" is his pure property, and "Mosaic" assumes that the trainer who owns the program has taken into account the intellectual, legal and other rights of others and that he does not download "Mosaic" Any responsibility of any kind for any violation by any party of the intellectual rights of its training program and others.
11. Although "Mosaic" exerts due care to monitor the texts entered by "Mosaic" users to ensure its suitability and commitment to the prevailing morals and norms, but "Mosaic" does not bear any negative interpretations that may bear some or all of the words and terms and other than what the trainers present in the texts of their programs Training on "Mosaic" or other users.
12. "Mosaic" does not bear any responsibility that may result from the similarity of its name with other sites, companies or institutions.
13. "Mosaic" does not bear any responsibility or consequences of any kind as a result of the users of "Mosaic" evaluating the training programs that are reviewed in "Mosaic".
14. The trainer acknowledges his knowledge and consent that the approval of "Mosaic" must be obtained before publishing the data of any training program that the trainer enters his data in "Mosaic" and before presenting it to "Mosaic" users, and also agrees and acknowledges the right of "Mosaic" to refrain from or not accept the inclusion of any program Training according to "Mosaic" choice and its sole decision.
15. The trainer acknowledges his knowledge and approval of "Mosaic" right to withdraw and cancel any training program that the trainer enters his data in "Mosaic" according to "Mosaic" choice and its sole decision, even if it was previously approved by "Mosaic".
16. "Mosaic" administration has the right to amend this agreement from time to time without prior notice. In this case, the latest version of this agreement will be published via "Mosaic" and you should review it before you use "Mosaic".
17. The participant can make some supplementary modifications to the training program after its publication and after "Mosaic" approves this modification by choice, but it will not allow any modification to the program so that the training program after the modification becomes like a new program, and in this case the trainer must introduce the essential modifications within the program New to "Mosaic".
18. No user can change the login name and personal data with which he registered for the first time without the approval of "Mosaic" for that, in order to ensure the credibility and smooth work of "Mosaic" for its users and to ensure the efficiency of its work.
19. Allowing the trainer to publish the data of his training program on "Mosaic" does not constitute any rights he has on "Mosaic", and his rights are limited only to the written text that constitutes the data of the training program that "Mosaic" has accepted to publish it.
20. There may be some similarity in the data of some training programs that are included by trainees who are dispersed on "Mosaic" in a way that is not related to "Mosaic" with it, and no trainer has the right to refer to "Mosaic" in any lawsuit or claim of any kind because of this similarity.
21. The user acknowledges his complete and sole legal responsibility for the accuracy of any materials, information, data and / or pictures that he uploads and / or publishes on "Mosaic", and he also acknowledges that it does not violate or violate the property rights of third parties, as well as acknowledges that it is not responsible "Mosaic" assures that the information is original, transmitted or copied from any third person, or that it was attributed to someone other than its owner, and he bears full responsibility towards "Mosaic" and the direction of any third parties as a result of his failure to adhere to this clause, and that "Mosaic" agrees to publish it on "Mosaic" does not mean in any way that we bear any responsibility arising from it, and "Mosaic" has the right not to publish it in case it violates the terms of this agreement or does not fit its policy, and it also has the right to cancel the registration (if any).
22. The user agrees to indemnify us and defend us, and excuse us and our employees from any liability, loss, claim or expenses, including attorneys' fees, due to his breach of the provisions of this agreement or his wrong use of "Mosaic".
23. "Mosaic" does not bear any responsibility of any kind as a result of your use of any "Mosaic" information or services, and in particular but not limited to, does not assume any liability resulting from any direct or indirect damage (including damages resulting from loss of work. Or lost profit or the like), or any damage resulting from electronic viruses, and we will not be responsible for any damage of any kind as a result of your use or your inability to use "Mosaic".
24. We may allow access to or advertisement of third-party websites through which you can buy certain services, and under this agreement you acknowledge that we cannot control these offered services, and you acknowledge that your dealings with them are at your own risk without any guarantees of any kind from us, either. 25. 30. When you use "Mosaic", you agree that you will never store any part of the "Mosaic" contents for commercial use, except that you are allowed to store some of the "Mosaic" content for non-profit purposes.
31. "Mosaic" reserves the right to amend these terms whenever it wants and without prior notice or warning to "Mosaic" users, as you as a user "Mosaic" must always review these terms and adhere to their content.
32. The language of this agreement shall be interpreted according to its logical and fair meaning in the Arabic language.
33. If there is anything in "Mosaic" that contradicts or conflicts with the provisions of this agreement, then the provisions of the agreement shall have priority in implementation, and our failure or failure to practice any of the terms of this agreement should not be considered a waiver of that text or the right to implement that text.
34. These terms and conditions must be subject to and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Kuwait, and that any legal action by you in relation to "Mosaic" and / or any information or service related to it must be performed within one year of the emergence of the cause of the legal action or it is forever forfeited.
35. In the event that any court of jurisdiction deems the nullity of any of these terms and conditions, the invalidity of this provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions and will remain in full force and effect. And that any waiver of any of these terms and conditions will not be considered a continuous or additional waiver of that provision or condition or any other provision or condition.
36. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of the State of Kuwait shall be competent to decide or settle any claim, suit or dispute that arises from these terms and conditions.
